Mimosa Lake is an ideal location for a destination wedding or event. It offers Southern hospitality at its finest. The centerpiece of the property is the 30-acre private lake backdropped by 300 acres of open fields and 400 yr. old evergreen trees providing year-round beauty and privacy for your ceremony. The 7200 sq. ft. rustic barn pavilion and 420 ft. covered veranda overlook the lake. We are 30 minutes from Farmville, Blackstone, and South Hill Virginia. Our wedding package is $2200. for the day and includes all the following areas: decorated social area, decorated chapel, event hall, lounge, kitchen, bar area, & dressing rooms. If the wedding chapel isn't needed, our event hall can be booked by the hour ($125.) or the day ($1000.). Our facility seats up to 102 and comes with free use of easels, backdrop, round tables, white chavari chairs, cake stage w/table & uplights, dj stage w/table, facade, & uplights, head stage w/table, 2 thrones, uplights, & backdrop.

“My husband and I recently got married at Deep Creek Landing Marina and the entire process was wonderful and everything went so smoothly. The staff is super sweet and was always very prompt in responding to my emails and answering my questions (and there were a lot). The venue space was a perfect fit for our wants and needs. The bridal suite was a lovely space for my bridesmaids and I to relax and get ready for the day. The only downside was that the AC was not working in the bridal suite but it was cool enough outside that we kept a door open and were mostly comfortable while getting ready. Everything was absolutely wonderful and my husband and I will definitely recommend Deep Creek Landing Marina to anyone looking for a venue for their event.”
