The Maine of Williamsburg Weddings and Events Venue opened in October of 2021 in Williamsburg, VA. Located 7 miles from historic Colonial Williamsburg, the venue grounds are surrounded by trees providing a private, tranquil environment. The venue offers beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, as well as two wedding party dressing suites. A warming kitchen is available to accommodate any approved caterers. Tables, chairs, benches, a dance floor, and arch are included in the venue rentals. The Maine of Williamsburg team sets up the space according to your desired layout and remains onsite throughout all events to assist in creating an exceptional wedding experience for all.

The Maine of Williamsburg is the perfect venue for your Williamsburg wedding.

You may choose to celebrate on the spacious covered patio, which provides an extended gathering space and an adjacent natural gas firewall. The covered veranda alongside the back of the venue features a wood-burning fireplace, which provides a beautiful view of the back lawn. Events may be hosted on the lawn as well. The natural surroundings of the establishment are enhanced by unique landscaping, offering a number of areas for memorable photo opportunities.

An on-site kitchen complete with a warming oven, ice machine, refrigerator, and freezer space allows outside caterers to provide meals with ease.     We had our wedding at The Maine of Williamsburg and were blown away by their team. Tracy was friendly and enthusiastic from our first meeting to the big day. The venue itself is stunning, with so many different spaces to celebrate in. The weather threw us a curveball. It started pouring right as our ceremony was set to start under the patio. The team was so professional, working through our game plan. As we began the ceremony, the weather became too severe, and we had to pause, but Tracy was there the whole way, ensuring we handled the situation as best as possible while staying true to what my husbvendorsand and I wanted. I would not have wanted any other team around me. By the end of the night, I had almost forgotten the rain had ever interrupted. Their knowledge of the area’s area and coordination with them is unmatched. I am a worrier, and I felt so comfortable putting my wedding in The Maine’s hands. It is evident that Tracy and her team truly cared about making our day what we wanted. We could not have asked for a better team throughout the whole process. I would recommend The Maine to anyone who wants to get married at a stunning venue, with a fantastic team, for a great price.

    The Maine of Williamsburg was a dream to wedding plan at and the staff were more than accommodating to plan with. After booking The Maine in June 2022, we finally had our picture perfect day this May 2024. The day was beautiful and all of our vendors were amazing. Tracy and her staff at The Maine are very understanding about the inconsistencies with event planning, and we’re more very helpful recommending vendors that were familiar with the space. If I chose to use an outside vendor, the staff easily worked with my preferred vendors to establish the necessary contacts and paperwork. Overall, my planning process was stress free knowing I had a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, including microphones and speakers, and a well maintained interior for an inside reception. There was plenty of space for my guests. The bathrooms were well kept, with plenty available to accommodate my 130 guests. Also, the interior of the facilities are nice and COOL—the AC was much needed after a hot and humid spring wedding. No amount of praise for Tracy and her staff will ever feel like enough. Book The Maine NOW, if you want to have the wedding, or event, of your dreams.

    From the moment we first pulled into the venue Dec 2022, we knew then we were going to love this venue. Before we even walked inside, the drive up and the scenery outside gave us such good vibes. Everyone here was such a big help in the planning process, and was always willing to answer any question we had all the way up to wedding day, May 11, 2024. There is lots of outdoor space as well as a huge inside space. Bridal and groom suite was spacious while we were there getting ready. The Maine of Williamsburg made us feel like we were at home and we would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

    The Maine is the PERFECT place to have the wedding of your dreams! Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous venue with so much potential and flexibility, but the staff are incredible to work with and truly care about you and your vision for your wedding. Our wedding at the Maine was beautiful and so much fun, and all of our guests raved to us about how much they enjoyed the day. I’m so thankful to Tracy, McKenzie, and everyone at the Maine who helped make our day so much fun and so special.
