Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The venue is nestled in the cascade foothills and has spaces that make it possible to celebrate in the northwest’s many types of weather. Located on a six-acre property and featuring spacious lawns and other natural outdoor spaces, Thunder Ridge is perfect for events with up to 100 people. Both the beautiful fresh outdoors and climate controlled indoor areas are able to accommodate your guests depending on the PNW weather. Booking the property for your event includes the 1,500 square-foot reception hall and the similarly sized lighted patio and bar area. There is also secure on-site parking with an attendant which can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. The venue also offers a bridal suite with dedicated hair and makeup areas as well as a grooms quarters. Setup and teardown of tables/chairs and cleaning included.

French Creek Manor is a wedding venue located in Snohomish, Washington that is a freshly renovated 1930's custom manor that is best used for milestone events. This facility has hosted hundreds of big and small events throughout the years, keeping its classic charm through its modern amenities and gorgeous grounds.

Nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque wedding venue. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch and Cascade Mountain backdrop provide the perfect nuptial setting. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. The Lodge sleeps up to 27 guests and each of its 10 bedrooms has a private bathroom, providing added comfort and privacy. With 2 and 3-night wedding packages your wedding party and immediate family can set-up and tear-down at their leisure. The Lodge grounds can accommodate roughly 115 guests for an outdoor ceremony, as well as seated under our large white outdoor event tent (Spring/Summer/Fall). Rehearsal dinners and small indoor winter weddings (less than 50 guests) can take place inside The Carriage House, a beautiful log-cabin event space adjacent to The Lodge.

Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. A 6,000 square foot private event space overlooking Lake Union from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, Imperia features 10-foot chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, gourmet menus, premium florals, incredible staff, and so much more.
