An award winning historic landmark venue awaits your classic/ elegant wedding. With a large Sanctuary and an outdoor Plaza, 440 Elm offers the rare outdoor ceremony/ indoor reception for up to 400 with dance floor and plenty of room for cocktail hour and lots of spots for photos. A hospitality first approach ensures your guests will feel taken care of while ensuring quick initial food and beverage options, warm service, and ways to eliminate queues. Our in-house catering provides a wide range of menus with different themes and service formats. The downtown Long Beach location provides access to lots of hotels, restaurants, Catalina, the Queen Mary, for a great weekend for your guests. And all roads lead to Long Beach so it's a perfect spot for those with guests coming from San Diego to Los Angeles. We have a Saturday minimum spend of $35K for events with dates > 3 months from the time of booking

We offer flexibility in selecting the rooms and spaces, both indoors and outdoors, that will fit your needs. Parking for your guests is easy, with plenty of parking spaces, for which neither you nor your guests will have to pay – since parking is included in your contract! Our venue is centrally located in the San Fernando Valley suburb of West Hills (Woodland Hills adjacent), a short drive from Encino, Tarzana, Van Nuys, and Studio City to the East; and a short drive from Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks to the West. The Lodge at Malibou Lake is an historic venue in Agoura, Southern California. We are hidden in the rustic Santa Monica Mountains, shaded by sycamore and oak trees, and beside a storied private lake. The Lodge is located less than an hour from downtown Los Angeles, minutes from the 101 freeway, and a step back in time from the pace of modern life. We host weddings, parties, and corporate events. The Ballroom seats up to 180 with a dance floor, or you may dine outdoors with up to 275 guests on the expansive Great Lawn with a view of Malibou Lake. The Lodge provides catering exclusively by Chef Cordelia, and comes fully furnished with dining tables, chairs, dishware, and lounge furniture.

Revel in the exclusivity of reserving our private sprawling 1920s Mediterranean-style mansion with breathtaking ocean views for your dream wedding experience. Imagine exchanging your vows on the bluffs overlooking Los Angeles bay with a backdrop of swaying palms, lapping waves and lush gardens. *Bel-Air Bay Club is exclusively reserved for one event at a time, with a food and beverage minimum guarantee and site fee required. We do not work with any outside catering, nor do we offer site rental-only/ceremony-only events. Rates do vary by year, day of the week and time of year. We offer prime and off-season rates. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.
