We walk with You all the way to “I Do” French country style barn: the perfect venue for your outdoor or indoor wedding and/or reception. The 5000 square foot temperature controlled Barn is complete with dressing suites for the bridal and groom parties, a commercial caterer's kitchen, and French doors that open up to a 1600 square foot fan cooled porch. Beautiful, old oak trees, lakes and ponds are the perfect setting for engagement and bridal pictures.

The Marigny Opera House, alone in its rustic beauty and authentic New Orleans charm, is a special place that values both preservation and progress. A solar-paneled roof shelters newly restored stained glass windows in this decommissioned 1853 German Catholic Church. When you plan an event here, your patronage enables us to continue supporting local artists through our highly successful nonprofit arts programming. We are home to a ballet company, 2-3 weekly music performances, and numerous other culture bearers of New Orleans, from theatre to opera and beyond. The Abita Springs Hotel offers peaceful and stylish accommodations in the heart of Abita Springs, Louisiana. ​ Built in a beautifully restored 1890s home, the Abita Springs Hotel has five spacious suites, each privately accessed from the wraparound porch. The hotel is nestled in lush gardens, atop the healing waters of one of the town's famed artesian springs. Quiet, intimate, and comfortable, the Abita Springs Hotel promises a restful and restorative stay.

This spacious Art Nouveau-meets-Rock'n'Roll church is perfect for your wedding! (2600 sq. ft.) 1st floor space which includes 3 separate entrances, 3 bathrooms, a huge "Interview With A Vampire"-inspired red and black Ballroom (45x19 ft /850 sq ft) with stage (19x9ft), baby grand piano, guitars, mics/PA, DJ booth, all leading into an open service space (665 sq ft) with antique bar, large kitchen/dining area, a cozy bedroom/dressing room/coatroom, connecting to our screened-in Nouveau Patio (300 sq ft) and lovely private backyard (400 sq ft). Upstairs a 2nd Kitchen/Dining Room and 4th bathroom is available for negotiable charge. We can recommend outside catering, table/chair rentals, higher-end sound system rental (we have a very simple PA and seating for about 70 throughout the 1st floor and garden). Though we don't produce events we can also suggest staff, DJ, and performers. Due to the age of the house we can't provide ADA accessibility for entry or bathrooms.
