On The Hill Events is a newly built barn style venue, nestled into a beautiful string light lit, wooded, private location in Tioga County, Pa. This large venue can host up to 350 guests comfortably and can accommodate for all weather conditions. The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air. The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors. Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 110 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space with a tent can host roughly 200 guests. At Twin Silos we only do one wedding on a weekend to provide each couple the time and attention they deserve for their special event. The barn and grounds rental generally runs from Friday at 10:00am thru Sunday 1:00pm. This provides ample time for decorating, rehearsal, on-site wedding and the reception. The reception area includes heat and air conditioning, separate women's & men's bathrooms both with multiple stalls and a separate ADA compliant bathroom. Also included are tables and white chairs for the ceremony and reception. We offer a cake display area, amber up lighting into the rafters and all lights can be dimmed. The outside area offers a 10' x 30' front stone patio and an attached 20' x 70' covered deck. Both of these entrances are wheelchair accessible. The deck also has tent sides that can be used to enclose the entire deck for inclement weather. We look forward to meeting with you and working to make your special day go perfectly.

Our venue, The Chalet at East Hill Creamery, completed in 2017, is an impressive example of local craftsmanship with Alpine influences. Featuring Amish post-and-beam construction in red oak, hemlock, and white pine and huge colonial windows, our venue offers a lovely balance of woodsy charm and modern sophistication.

The Foundation of Light is a spiritual center for meditation. The study and regular practice of meditation, as an aid to the expansion of consciousness and self-realization, is a fundamental part of all Foundation of Light activities. The founders of the Foundation of Light, John and Kate Payne, along with Mabel DeMotte Beggs, were experts in many forms of ancient healing techniques. Built in 2000, the main Foundation of Light building has several diverse rooms available, depending on your group size and needs.

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.
