Our space is dripping with ornate detail, with its antique tin ceilings, hardwood floors, and many of the original elements of the church preserved, offering an intimate yet spacious experience. FPC holds up to 110 people, has two all-gender bathrooms, a grand foyer, a room which can be used as bridal room/prep quarters, a back area for backstage or prep needs, and has beautiful gardens for a breath of fresh air. St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (aka Old St. Andrew's) was designed by architect Robert S. Schuyler in the Gothic Revival style. Schuyler also designed St. Peter's Church in Fernandina, built in 1881, as well as chapels in Waldo, Fairbanks, Pablo Beach, and Lake Santa Fe. St. Andrew's was built in 1887 on a single level using brick masonry and contained a massive front corner tower with louvered belfry and steep spire roof. It stood at 317 Florida Avenue, now 317 A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard. St. Andrew's was the only major church in the city that survived the Great Fire of 1901.

The Barn at Deep Creek is a converted cattle barn set in a picturesque backdrop. The Barn has both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, a designated cocktail table area with a deck, and ample grass areas. There are multiple options for ceremony locations. We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

The Barn at Lakeside Ranch while rustic on the outside, is elegant throughout on the inside. The walls are covered in beautiful yellow pine with a chandelier at the center and chiffon fabric draping the ceiling throughout. The Groom's Lounge will not disappoint providing two large leather sofas, a TV, mini-bar, pool table and full bath. The Bridal Parlor has luxurious victorian seating, chandelier lighting, vanity bar for hair and makeup, mini-bar and full bath.

Art ‘n Motion is the 18,000 square foot host building for The Assembly Room events. Located just within the historic St. Augustine city entrance, this two-story brick building is an early 1900s industrial-inspired masterpiece with modern amenities. Showcasing brick walls, handcrafted woodwork and exposed ceilings, the inside of this newly constructed building is raw yet polished. The Assembly Room at Art ‘n Motion has 4 beautiful spaces to choose from for your event. Keeping in mind that every event is unique, we have multiple packages to choose from. These packages range from one room for a more intimate event or mix and match several rooms. Included in almost every package, Art ‘n Motion also offers access to our caterers’ kitchen as well as a large amount of convenient private parking making it a rarity in downtown St. Augustine.

This famous Southern Greek-Revival style home with magnolia & oak lined sidewalks is a hidden gem in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine.
