We create your Affordable Dream Wedding! There are no taxes or extra fees! You choose your favorite caterer, photographer and DJ/band - all for which we have great and affordable options or you can bring any vendors you wish. We create your wedding like we build our movie sets! Everything is customized for each couple, and we do it all - you’re not taking on a project! Photos don’t do this venue justice - you must visit to feel the vibe! The Art Factory is conveniently located only 12 miles from New York City on Interstate 80 and attached to the Paterson Great Falls National Park.

My partner and I celebrated our ceremony & reception at the Art Factory, October 2023 in the Epic Prime venue. Sharonda our event coordinator was instrumental in making our day absolutely incredible. We bounced ideas around in numerous meetings in the build up and created an itinerary of the day which she executed perfectly. Our 120 guests made use of all corners of the venue - the cave room for a beautiful ceremony, the courtyard and library room for cocktails and then the banquet room for dinner and dancing, with an attached partially roofed inner courtyard for our cigar lounge and all-night cocktails. Sharonda coordinated our 2 food trucks to set up in the courtyard outside the main space with fire barrels as a nice added touch which we used for our after-party hangout with smores - our guests were blown away. We cannot thank the whole Art Factory team enough for seeing our vision and then competently taking the reins so my partner and I could just soak it all in. We can't wait to stop by again from time to time to trigger our happy memories. (Ps. all immensely affordable, the team's helping hand and all the decor is worth double the price they charge, and they have a fantastic bunch of vendors from alcohol, food, photography, music - everything! to make it an incredible day).

My husband and I were looking for a very private and intimate ceremony that reflected who we are as a couple-- Michele and Erica absolutely nailed it! They were attentive to our needs, knowledgeable in their creative areas of expertise, and down to earth. They were able to secure us a private spot at Liberty View Farm where Billiam was very welcoming. The farm was filled with flowers and nature and we couldn't be more pleased. The ceremony felt so special-- I highly recommend!

Crossed Keys Estate

5.0

Andover, NJ
  • Up to 275 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $31,000

Crossed Keys Estate is a luxury wedding venue situated one hour outside of New York City in Andover, NJ. This lush property is nestled on 30+ acres of gardens, meadows, and old buildings that pay homage to its storied past. Brand new to the Estate is the Conservatory, a beautiful glass-enclosed building, that hosts the most magical cocktail hour! Crossed Keys Estate hosts weddings for 100 guests or more with a maximum of 275.

This was our first time at Crossed Keys Estate, and from the moment we did our research, we knew we were in for something special. The estate’s 30 acres of history, with stunning gardens, towering 200-year-old trees, and a charming farmhouse, provide the perfect mix of modern and rustic elegance. One of our favorite aspects? The venue hosts just one wedding a day, so all the attention and resources are devoted to the couple—a huge plus for creating a seamless experience. From the beginning, Erika and Jeremy were so laid-back and excited to enjoy their day. The preparation spaces were perfect—the girls had a beautiful rustic farmhouse, while the guys had a spacious house just down the gravel road, complete with a golf green for a little fun before the festivities. We love incorporating multiple, and Crossed Keys Estate offered the perfect backdrop for each one. From the emotional bridesmaids' reveal to the heartwarming first look between Erika and her dad (we could feel the intensity of the moment from the sidelines), and finally, the groom's first look on the picturesque grounds—it was magical. The estate’s swing under the giant tree and the intimate reflection pond were standout spots for capturing stunning couple photos, tucked away from the crowd. The reception space was equally amazing. The modern hall, with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowed gorgeous natural light to flood the room, making for a perfect backdrop for the celebration and the sweetheart table. Working with Katrina, the Senior Venue Coordinator, was a breeze. Every request the couple had was thoroughly listened to, and the venue made sure the day flowed effortlessly for everyone involved. Everything was timed perfectly, the florals (created by the venue!) were stunning, and the food was exquisite. Every detail was executed flawlessly, ensuring the couple and their guests could enjoy the day without a single hiccup. Now that we’ve experienced Crossed Keys Estate firsthand, we can’t wait to return! Our creativity was sparked by the newness of the venue, but we’re also excited to bring that knowledge back for future weddings. Erika and Jeremy’s wedding was a perfect day, and we look forward to more love stories at this beautiful estate.

Awarded Best of Zola
I have no words - my wedding in the Reserve was the most perfect day of my life. We only saw two venues and we must’ve just had a gut feeling from the very beginning. From working with Desirre (who was incredible) throughout the planning process, to our day of coordinators and the maitre’d the night of, it was seamless, beautiful, and a BLAST. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had at any wedding and there’s sooo much of it. Really can’t say enough good about this venue. They’re professional, helpful, and truly made it the best day of our lives.

  • Starts at $19,000

Featuring a working mill, blacksmith shop, active church, and several beautiful historic houses, Waterloo Village is a time capsule surrounded by an air of tranquil beauty. With its rich history, Waterloo Village is the perfect setting for weddings. Boasting two spectacular indoor event spaces—the newly-renovated meeting house and the rustic pavilion—in addition to its spacious outdoor compound, Waterloo has the resources and ambiance to make your special occasion a memorable success. As a remarkably well-preserved example of a 19th-Century canal town and the site of a 400-year-old Lenape Indian village, Waterloo Village is an incredibly valuable piece of New Jersey history. Waterloo is open to the public as part of Allamuchy Mountain State Park and home to many events and educational programs to teach and inform visitors about the past. When you choose Waterloo Village as the setting for your event, a portion of proceeds will go towards the preservation and restoration of the site.

We are absolutely thrilled about our upcoming wedding at Waterloo Village, and here's why: Culinary Delight: From the moment we tasted their farm-to-table menu, we were blown away by the incredible flavors and the impeccable quality of ingredients. Booking Waterloo without prior knowledge of their cuisine turned out to be a delightful surprise. With a diverse array of menu options, cake flavors, and hors d'oeuvres, they truly cater to every palate. Inclusive Offerings: Waterloo Village goes above and beyond with its inclusions. From the elegantly adorned tables to the picturesque getting ready areas, card box, seating chart, ceremony chairs, every detail is thoughtfully provided. The venue's scenic beauty serves as the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration. Quirky Charm: What truly sets Waterloo apart for us, are their alpacas. The opportunity to stroll into cocktail hour accompanied by these adorable animals added a unique touch to our wedding. It's an experience we couldn't find anywhere else, and the fact that it's included at no extra charge is simply remarkable. Stunning Location: With its blend of vintage buildings, historic charm, and natural beauty, Waterloo Village offers an abundance of photo opportunities. Whether against the backdrop of the canal, the incredible fireplaces, the farmland, or the gardens, every corner of this location exudes timeless beauty. Exemplary Service: From our initial inquiries to the tasting session, the communication and professionalism of Waterloo's coordinators and staff have been exceptional. Their prompt responses and friendly demeanor have instilled us with confidence that our special day is in capable hands. In essence, Waterloo Village encapsulates everything we envisioned for our wedding: exquisite cuisine, inclusive amenities, unique experiences, breathtaking surroundings, and top-notch service. Once we tour Waterloo, we were set and couldn't be more excited to celebrate the beginning of our marriage in such a magical setting.
