Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. The Farm is truly a wonderful place to host your big day! Our goal is to work with each couple to carry out their vision for the day! Takach's Grove first opened it's doors in 1970 by Andy and Marguerite Takach. It was home to countless company picnics, Family Reunions and special events of all kinds. The property went through extensive renovations in 2018, and now focuses primarily on weddings. Our same family still owns, maintains and operates the venue. We are proud to be small and niche - booking only 1 wedding a weekend, and providing many in house items and being as all-inclusive as possible, in order to give our couples a stress free experience. We are onsite and available for the duration of your event - including the day before for the rehearsal and set up and for the duration of your event to keep things running smoothly. We work closely with vendors and our dedicated catering partner to make your special day exactly what you are envisioning. The Barn was purchased in 2008 and the couple quickly went to work transforming the building which had recently been an art gallery into the premier catering facility that it has become. Located at 737 W Fort McClure Blvd in Bloomsburg, the property provides privacy and seclusion for its guests but is only a few minutes away from hotels and downtown Bloomsburg. The Barn features a huge second story deck that wraps around half the building; it provides a wonderful space for guests during the warmer months.
