Can my guests remove an item from my Zola registry if they choose to purchase from a different store?

We can certainly mark items bought elsewhere as “purchased”. After all, we want to keep the registry as accurate as possible, to minimize the possibility of receiving duplicates. Just have your guests call into our friendly support team at (408) 657-9652, or contact us.

We will need both of your full names, the wedding date, and the item(s) purchased. Also, we will need for them to give us their full name, and the order confirmation number.
