About TLIC Wedding Video & Photo

TLIC Wedding Video & Photo

TLIC was started in 2017 when owner Chris Hiltz captured his first wedding on video. Within the first three weeks of posting the film, three couples reached out and booked Chris to capture their wedding. At that point, he was hooked! After capturing 22 weddings in his first year, he realized the importance of the relationship between photographer and videographer. He reached out to his top photographers from the first year and developed partnerships. Those partnerships have blossomed into TLIC now having 9 full-time and 11 part-time team members that all work together training and developing their skills and wedding day approach together.

By the end of 2023, TLIC will have captured over 350 unforgettable wedding days!     My first experience with TLIC was capturing my brother and sister-in-law's beautiful wedding. My fiancé and I knew the next day that we needed them to capture our beautiful day. Chris and his team were so helpful through every aspect of the planning process all the way through to the end of the night singing Country Roads in the middle of all our favorite people on the dance floor. Looking back on that day, I think what I enjoyed most of all was that I barely new our vendor team was there in the best way possible. Our whole day from beginning to end felt like giant celebration of our love. What it did not feel like was having to pose in front of a camera all day. When we were taking the some of the more posed shots, they made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Chris and his team blended in beautifully to the background while simultaneously capturing the most epic shots. We can’t wait to see the magic his editing team creates so that we get to relive our favorite day forever and ever. So many of our friends and family commented on how awesome our vendor team was and we couldn’t agree more! John and I cannot recommend TLIC Media enough. I truly wish I could give them 10 stars

    Okay, STOP what you’re doing because I need to scream this from the rooftops!! If you’re getting married and NOT booking TLIC, what are you even doing?! From the first “Hey love!” to the final hug goodbye, the TLIC team was pure MAGIC!! First off—communication? 10/10. No wait... 11/10!! Every step of the way, they were in our corner. I’m talking reminders, resources, timeline help, “just checking in!” emails… all of it!! It felt like we had our own team of fairy godphotogs who made sure we never felt overwhelmed. Like, ever. And don’t get me STARTED on their work quality. O-M-G. Every single photo looked like it came straight outta Vogue... but make it wedding edition! The video?? We’ve watched it like a hundred times already and cry every. single. time. They caught every laugh, every tear, every “WHOA did that just happen?!” moment without ever being in the way. It was like they were everywhere and nowhere all at once! Ninja-level stealth with Hollywood-level talent. Plus—they made us feel SO comfy on camera!! Lexi was nervous about posing, but the team hyped her up like the queen she is and captured her sparkle perfectly! Bottom line: TLIC is a VIBE. They’re joyful, organized, hilarious, talented beyond words, and they CARE. About your love story, about your day, about YOU. We felt seen, supported, and celebrated every step of the way. If you’re looking for a photo video team that’s gonna treat your wedding like the event of the YEAR (because, duh—it IS!), book TLIC. Like yesterday.
