    Hello, We hired Matt Sobolewski of MS Photo LLC in 2024 to shoot our wedding video. Matt was a last-minute hire who mentioned he was transitioning out of the wedding industry to work at Best Buy but agreed to take on our wedding since we were a friend of a friend and he said we sounded nice. He gave us a quote, and we paid the deposit. On the day of the wedding, he showed up, and we paid him the final payment. At the reception, I even tipped him extra to stay until the end of the event. In the weeks following the wedding, I reached out for updates. He initially responded that he was still working on the video, but this continued for months until he eventually stopped responding altogether. It has now been 13 months since our wedding, and we have not received anything (no teaser video, finished full video, or even the raw footage). Since our wedding, my mom has passed away, and I have lost out on these priceless memories from our special day. Caution: Do not use this vendor. He will disappoint you. If I could give him 0 stars—or a negative rating—I would. We are now in the process of trying to locate him so we can take this matter to small claims court. Beware. Regards, Eric & Mackenzie

    Matt stopped communicating with me and ghosted us after our wedding. I kept asking him where our video was, and he would promise it would be done soon. But after waiting 6 months for our video, we finally got it after I posted about him on Fb. After I did that a lot of other couples came out of the woodworks with the same story and proof of him doing the same to them. He is very unprofessional with communication.

    My best friend Hired Matt as their videographer for their wedding on 9/2/2023, they have YET to receive a teaser video or their ACTUAL video!! He has stopped all communication with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN! HER DAY IS LOST AND CANT GET IT BACK! IF I COULD RATE HIM 0 I WOULD!!!!!!!!
