    We are beyond disappointed with our wedding video experience. Despite what was clearly outlined in the contract and proposal, our vows, speeches, and full dances were not properly recorded. The proposal specifically stated that the ceremony, including vows and speeches, would be fully captured with clear audio, but what we received was more suited for a music-overlay highlight reel than a true documentation of our day. We provided a detailed itinerary outlining every key moment, but so many of them were missed or unusable in the raw footage. What little we have requires heavy editing just to salvage anything meaningful. Instead of a beautiful keepsake preserving our most important memories, we were given something that feels more like a demo reel for social media. Brides—be warned! If you’re expecting full coverage of your vows, speeches, and special dances, you will not get it unless you confirm every detail in advance. We deeply regret trusting this vendor and wish we had known upfront what would and wouldn’t be preserved.
