Practically Perfect Weddings provides luxury, bespoke, and destination wedding planning and design in some of the world’s most romantic and glamorous locations. While it’s fun to bring visions of beautiful floral arrangements and tablescapes to life, my primary goal is to provide an effortlessly convenient (and stress-free!) wedding planning experience. Bringing along my expertise as both wedding planner and travel agent, I’m your personal concierge for all your wedding and travel arrangements! It’s my pleasure to walk with you on a wedding planning journey that is elegant, sophisticated, and enjoyable!

Do not recommend month of coordination services.
I have never written a negative review for a business, EVER. However, I was very disappointed in Brooke's service as my wedding coordinator. I booked month-of coordination services. Per our contract, we were supposed to be in contact 60 days out, 30 days out, and at 7 days out, she would take over communication with all wedding vendors. She did contact me at 60 days out, where we spoke about vendors, wedding day timeline, I gave her vendor contact information, etc. I was never contacted again until the Thursday before my wedding. She never reached out at 30 days, nor did she EVER contact any of my vendors. I even tried to contact her about two weeks before the wedding and she never replied. I had to enact a rain plan for my wedding, the week of, and I contacted all of my vendors myself, as no one had heard from her. She had no idea of any of the changes until the Rehearsal on Friday, which she was about 30 minutes late to. One of my wedding vendors didn't show up, and she didn't even notice until I made her aware. She told me on my wedding day that she would reach back out to me to handle the situation and of course I never heard from her. There are several other things that I believe were handled poorly. All of this to say, I was extremely dissatisfied with my coordination services and hope this doesn't happen to another bride.
Brooke is Amazing!
Brooke has been amazing throughout the whole process i've had the pleasure of doing with her. From my first inquiry she followed up quickly, asked lots of details about what we are wanting in a planner and our wedding. She also got on a call with me and discussed everything in detail. The communication has been nothing short of amazing, which is hard to find in the wedding industry! She clearly knows her stuff and genuinely enjoys what she does.
Absolutely amazing!
Absolutely amazing organization! We shot photo and video and it's a pleasure to work with when the wedding is organized that well! Recommend Brooke 100 percent if you want to have worry free experience and get married in magical places!
We had a literal “practically perfect” wedding
Brooke once told me during one of our many consultations, that the name of her business was “practically perfect” because nothing is ever 100% perfect, but her goal is to get it as close as possible. I didn’t realize how right she would be. First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that Brooke was there for me every single step of the way taking care of things. I’m sure there’s things she tackled that I don’t even know about, and for that I am grateful also. Brooke, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me. You never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed which put me at ease during this process. I am so grateful for you, my wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you!
