Owner, Lead Videographer

I’m Colin Pattison, owner and filmmaker at Featherstone Wedding Films. I film weddings because I believe in the power of marriage, and I have a passion for capturing special moments on film. I’ve helped countless couples create their ideal wedding film for over 10 years. My goal is to capture lasting memories through beautiful, personalized wedding films. From first consultation, to finished film, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

We only ask for $200 down, and nothing else is due until the wedding day. We offer photography services through a personally curated list of the best photographers in the Bay Area we've ever worked with. We always including all of the RAW footage with every wedding at no additional cost, and photo booth services are included in most of our packages. All of our packages are fully customizable. If you have an idea or vision, we would love to hear it!

    The number one tip we got from multiple couples during wedding planning was: hire a videographer! We are so glad we listened and ended up working with Featherstone Films. Colin and team did a phenomenal job and were so easy to work with. It’s not always easy being in front of a camera, but Colin perfectly balanced capturing the candid moments while also directing when helpful to capture some really fun and beautiful shots. We love the edited video he created and have watched it so many times. We’re also are so grateful for all the raw sound and video footage - which he made easy to access and save. We have already revisited so much of the footage, and can’t wait to continue doing so for years to come. We highly recommend working with Colin to capture your big day :)
