About this venue

University Place Hotel and Conference Center has event facilities for groups as small as 5 and as large as 280. Our 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space includes 10 meeting rooms and a recently renovated 3,792-square-foot ballroom. Many of our event spaces feature large windows and wonderful views, a plus for any event.

COLUMBIA FALLS BALLROOM

The most affordable and intimate weddings in town.

Columbia Falls is our 2nd floor ballroom, which can comfortably hold groups from 30­–400. Columbia Falls features 10-foot ceilings, a separate 900-square-foot registration area, and large picture windows that provide natural light and views of the West Hills. Columbia Falls also has hidden dividers that can be used to break the space into three separate rooms.

The Willamette Ballroom is perfect.

Conveniently located next to the on-site restaurant, Crafted Bites & Brews, the Willamette Ballroom is our first-floor junior ballroom. With 9-foot ceilings, an integrated screen, and an outer registration area, it features natural lighting and park views. The Willamette Ballroom is perfect for groups of 40–190.
