About this venue
The Notary Hotel, Autograph Collection, is where 1920s-era grandeur meets modern hospitality in the center of downtown Philadelphia. Back when the hotel was a working civic building (the City Hall Annex) a notary public's mark or stamp of approval was placed on a couples' marriage license to "make it official". Today, we strive to create enduring and notable moments and memories for our guests, and encourage them to leave their own mark on The City of Brotherly Love.

The Notary Hotel, Autograph Collection is a venue of style and elegance, ideal for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and many other special occasions. There are two spacious 3,000-square-foot ballroom spaces, with the ability to accommodate approximately 200-220 guests.
