THE PERFECT SETTING FOR YOUR WINE COUNTRY CELEBRATION Built in 1910 by one of the founding fathers of Sonoma wine, the Maysonnave House now serves as a private event venue that can host celebrations for up to 100 guests. Rich in history, the Maysonnave House and its lush gardens are the perfect backdrop for celebrating your event in memorable fashion. The property is located one block from the historic Sonoma Plaza and is within walking distance to many accommodations. The venue is perfect for intimate weddings, receptions, bridal showers, and welcome receptions.

The garden features a large lawn surrounded by flowering plants a perfect back drop for a wedding ceremony and/or reception. Adjacent to the lawn is a beautiful patio space surrounding an elegant fountain. The garden space has access to an additional patio that can be used as a staging area for your cater or an additional seating area. The garden comes with an ADA accessible bathroom and access to a small kitchenette with refrigerator.

Stunning 100+ year old house, was home to one of the original wine pioneers of the region. Gardens are beautiful, perfect setting for 100 person event or smaller more intimate gatherings in the home. Affordable from every perspective, it is permitted to bring in your own beverages, catering and other vendors which saves a bunch! Most venues require the renters to use their vendors and buy their beverages which adds up to a lot, quickly. We used Wine Country Paella who were so amazing! Hidden gem, new management who are great to work with. Unlikely to be hidden for much longer.

Perfect venue in wine country for our rehearsal dinner. Venue coordinator was amazing. WineCountryPaella delivered a spectacular, delicious dinner (gluten free too)! Highly recommend. Best value in wine country and we did our research!

Yes, there is no corkage fee.

Onsite we have one ADA parking space, otherwise all parking is on the street. There is the ability to rent one of the parking lots that are within a block of the facility. The onsite coordinator can help you with these reservations.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances.

Our building is located an hour from SFO and Oakland Airport or 45 minute drive from Sonoma County airport.

Yes, special event insurance is a requirement. It can be purchased at Galescreek.com

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. To reserve your booking a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable.

No, the onsite staff can assist with pre-planning, day of logistics, staffing, and cleaning up for an additional fee.
