The Beverly Estate has been called one of America’s most famous homes, with a rich, star-studded history. An LA party palace during the Golden Age of Hollywood, and built in 1926 by architect Gordon Kaufman, The Beverly Estate is Los Angeles’ ultimate set with an extraordinary history and soul.

The Beverly Estate

Set on a sprawling 3.5-acre estate at the end of a private driveway, this magnificent mansion offers a truly unforgettable setting for weddings and events.

The main house boasts 9 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, as well as a plethora of opulent living spaces perfect for entertaining. A soaring 22-foot arched ceiling graces the formal living room, while the historic two-story wood-paneled library and billiards room with a Hearst Castle-inspired fireplace create an air of timeless elegance. For larger gatherings, the estate features grand state public rooms and entertaining areas that can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. To complement the main house, the property includes two staff/guest apartments, a pool house, a tennis pavilion, and a two-story five-bedroom gatehouse. The estate’s private grounds feature sun-soaked terraces, lawns, waterfalls, and an Olympic-sized pool, providing a picturesque backdrop for any special occasion.
