About this venue

A member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts L.V.X.℠ collection, The Alfond Inn has a AAA Four Diamond Rating and is managed by Olympia Hotel Management, an innovative leader in hospitality. Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, Florida, The Alfond Inn opened in August 2013 and directs net operating income to endow Rollins College scholarships. A local’s favorite, Hamilton's Kitchen restaurant offers brunch and dinner at the 183-room boutique hotel, which has a Spa, a Café, two pools, a fitness centers, and over 12,000 sq. ft of flexible meeting space. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Orlando and 30 minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport.

The Conservatory

Considered the heart of The Alfond Inn, the Conservatory features a soaring glass domed ceiling, creating a light-filled space.

Park Avenue Ballroom

The Ballroom's elegant design and size is pristine for your Winter Park Wedding Venue Choice.

5,000 square feet of flexible and hi-tech space makes it the perfect location for hosting a large meeting or corporate event. The Ballroom is divisible into five spaces can accommodate number customized break-out conference requirements. All feature pull down screens projectors.

Lyman

A private separate reception area is connect to the Lyman room, perfect for a buffet and bar.

Located right next to the hotel lobby, the Lyman room has just over 1,000 square feet of meeting space with floor to ceiling windows that provide a beautiful view of East New England Avenue. This space is typically used as a "Groom's Suite" on wedding days.
