    Solasta was a surprise to me in that it simply wasn’t on my radar, but I’m glad I stopped by when I saw it just off the road. The mulled wine I tried tasted great and wasn’t cloyingly sweet. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, and the interior was warm and inviting. The wine menu was surprisingly large, and the mulled wine actually used multiple wines to get the profile they were after. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area and like wine.

    I recently visited Solasta Winery and had an exceptional experience. The tasting room is beautifully designed, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, guiding us through a thoughtfully curated selection that showcased both their classic and unique offerings. We started with a crisp white that perfectly complemented the local cheeses. Each pour was accompanied by insightful tasting notes and stories about the vineyard’s history, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. I particularly loved the Ice wine, which had an exquisite balance of flavors. The outdoor seating area is also a highlight, providing stunning views of the vineyard—an ideal backdrop for sipping wine. Overall, Solasta Winery is a must-visit for any wine lover. I can't wait to return!
