The Shangri-La Event Center, formerly known as Lichfield ponds, is a welcoming oasis in Southern Utah. Carefully placed in a quiet and spacious valley and surrounded by green trees and beautiful flowing water. We are a private, romantic and one-of-a-kind outdoor venue located on the outskirts of Toquerville, Utah. You and your loved ones can enjoy the rolling hills, waterfalls, green trees, picturesque gazebos, and patio that overlooks the pond. Let Shangri-La’s warm ambiance and natural beauty make your big day truly memorable and allow for beautiful pictures to commemorate your event.

Our venue allows for your personal style to come through without a lot of exclusions, so that your day can be everything you imagine. You and your loved ones can enjoy the rolling hills, waterfalls, green trees, picturesque gazebos, and patio that overlooks the pond. Let Shangri-La’s warm ambiance and natural beauty make your big day truly memorable and allow for beautiful pictures to commemorate your event.

Included in this room:

When you reserve our venue, you get access to the following: Large outdoor venue which includes a stunning pond, spacious grassy areas, several waterfalls, two gazebos, large lighted patio deck and a bridge. An event hostess is on call during your event to help everything run smoothly. We provide table and chair set up and take down. We have up to eight – 8 foot buffet tables, and ten – 5 foot circular tables, with 150 chairs (75 padded and 75 folding) available for use and come as-is. You also have full use of the Indoor clubhouse which has a private bridal suite, television, two restrooms, a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, two stoves and two microwaves. We have many large setup areas and on-site parking available for your guests. You are also able to borrow the decorations we have, including an arbor, arch, bar, floating cake stand, and barn wood table. We invite you to schedule the use of the property for engagement photos or other prior photo shoot at no extra charge.

These individuals actively work and provide service to the community to help offset housing and treatment costs, but lack the ability to gain all the financial resources necessary to fully receive the care they need.
