All beverages and alcohol are provided by our catering partner, Mintahoe Catering & Events as they carry the required liability insurance and provide licensed and trained bartenders. Outside alcohol is not permitted and will result in a fee.

Yes, we have a dedicated parking lot with up to 55 spots for guests.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp to access the first floor and an elevator to get to the event space.

We ask to finalize your details 14 days prior to your event.

We need a signed contract and policies along with the deposit to secure your date.

If the venue is available 30 days from your event, you may schedule a rehearsal with your sales consultant.

Security is required and contracted directly through Mintahoe. Details on security services are included in your wedding package.

You can access the venue space on the third floor of the Solar Arts Building three hours prior to your contracted start time for set-up and photos. Events must end by midnight. Addition set-up or event time may be added for an additional cost.
