Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is the first urban Margaritaville on the west coast! We are so excited to bring feelings of escapism and approachable luxury to the Gaslamp Quarter in July 2023. This ballroom is newly renovated and designed in a way to make its guest feel as if they have been transported to a luxurious retreat with high vaulted ceilings, bright white walls, and elegant trimmings. The Compass Rose Ballroom can be used as a whole, or split up into three different event spaces.

The largest rooftop in San Diego is now home to the Gaslamp's newest, and most unique bar! 5 o'Clock Somewhere bar is perfect for cocktail hours, pre-parties, and farewell brunches. As an added bonus - experience daily island-inspired live music!

    That’s exactly what Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter provides for anyone looking for a beautiful tropical vibe but in the heart of Downtown San Diego. The venue space is incredibly fresh and inviting whether you are in the Compass Rose Ballroom or up on the stunning rooftop where "It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere"! The staff are absolutely amazing and will work every detail to make the day one to remember.
