About this venue
Say "I do" in style at our fully rennovated colonial era property The elegant bridal suite upstairs, and the huge mancave downstairs offer plenty of space to prepare for the celebrations that you will never forget. While you are hidden away enjoying time with your crew, your guests will be dazzled as they are escorted to one of the stunning ceremony areas. Either the beautiful formal rose garden or the whimsical laid back woodland area make the perfect backdrop for you to say "I do" in style! Then head over to the downstairs bar in the barn for cocktails and patio games, followed by a reception you will never forget upstairs in the magnificent big red barn. The lovingly restored barn has stayed true to its roots, featuring all the old timbers and charm of days gone by. It can hold up to 200 guests with plenty of room to dance and a patio to enjoy the view of the rolling Maryland countryside or star gaze at the end of a perfect day.

The huge bank barn is the jewel in our crown at Dulany's overlook. However, that's not all there is to explore on this 170 acre farm! Kick back, enjoy the farm and wow your guests!
Where beauty is witnessed and love is shared! Dulanys Overlook is a 170 acre working crop farm located minutes outside of Frederick Maryland. It is a short drive from both the Baltimore, Washington and Virginia area. The property sits high on a hill with expansive views out ahead. There is a historic brick house that is used by the wedding party and family the day of the wedding that includes a beautiful brides room and game room/man cave. The couple will have the entire property for 12 hours on the day of the wedding. The farm has a historic restored barn on the property with modern restrooms and individual catering space. It can hold up to 200 guests and still have room for dancing.

We have vendors that we like for all the services that you will need for your wedding, but you are also allowed to bring in your own vendors if you have a favorite caterer that you’d like to use. Each of our wedding couples is assigned a personal wedding coordinator from the time you book with us until the day you are married. They take the stress out of your day and make it one to remember.

Best choice we made for the wedding
Dulany's Overlook was a wonderful choice for our wedding venue. The contract signing process was easy and they provided great guidance on the best layout for the space. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a naturally stunning backdrop that required minimal additional decor. Our wedding coordinator from Dulany's was amazing - she helped us tremendously both in the planning stages and on the day of the wedding, ensuring everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Dulany's Overlook to any couple looking for a gorgeous, stress-free wedding venue.

Had the most amazing experience and wedding this fall at Dulaneys. The staff is amazing and gives recommendations for vendors that frequent there and their coordinator we had, Maddie, was a god send for an unfortunate event with our original photographer and was in constant communication with us prior to the wedding. Amazing views as well as a great area to get ready in for both guys and girls.
