Please reach out if you have any questions, or if you would like to schedule an appointment. Can't come in-person? No worries, we also do virtual tours via zoom! The best day of our lives. The view of the bay is stunning. Food was delicious. Adriana, Ayleen & Alexandra took the stress out of all the planning and ensured that the day went off without a hitch. Food was delicious, venue is amazing. Hotel rooms are excellent as well. If in doubt, don't be. Book this venue, it will not disappoint.

Absolutely recommend this venue! My husband and I are so please with how our wedding night went. We did not see the venue until the wedding week. However, you can count on Adriana and Ayleen to help your planning go super smoothly even from far. Their professionalism, attention to details, accuracy exceeded our expectations. The vendors that had contracts with Doubletree were also superb!! Not to also mention the appetizers, entree meals and cake were so well-done and impressive!

I had such a positive experience with the venue, especially with Adriana the coordinator. She was so patient and accommodating that it made the whole planning process smooth and stress free. She answered the hundreds of questions I had and was always extremely professional and quick with her responses. The day of the wedding was so effortless, the staff was extremely attentive and professional. The venue itself and the view was gorgeous. My guests were all extremely pleased with our wedding. The food was delicious, although the steak was extremely rare, that was the only complaint we had. Highly recommend this venue to all future brides!

I had my wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Biscayne Bay in October 2024, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I began searching for venues last year, I fell in awe with the space, the views, and especially the warm & welcoming hospitality from Adriana and the events catering team. Adriana's expertise made it easy to address all my questions and clearly outline everything needed to make my wedding unforgettable. Finding a package like this in Miami is rare, and I truly believe the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to any brides-to-be looking for a venue to create lasting memories with their families and partners, all while enjoying the stunning beauty of Biscayne Bay. I couldn't be happier with my choice for my special day!

Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish. There will be a fee for the ceremony, please see packages for more information. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Yes, any vendors outside of our preferred vendor's list will need to provide a copy of their valid Liability Insurance, along with a copy of their signed Vendor Waiver/Banquet Policies.

Yes, valet parking is available at the discounted rate of $20 for the remainder of the event. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
