No, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited as it is a liability for you, your guests and the hotel. We act under a New York State Liquor License and offer a full-service bar between the hours of 5:00pm - 10:00pm daily.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, and linens. Tableware consisting of china, flatware, glassware, heating, and serving ware are only included when including catering from the hotel.

Your reservation includes eight hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 14 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Our building is located 69 miles away from LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the subway or train, or by private car or taxi.

Insure is only required by the client or their third-party Caterer is outside catering is requested. Their is a $200.00 plus applicable tax outside catering fee.
