The Chicago History Museum is a classic wedding destination in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. With breathtaking views and beautiful Georgian-style architecture, our Chicago Room is the perfect setting for your unforgettable moment. The Chicago History Museum offers several event spaces, an outdoor plaza, and even a theater to allow for gatherings of all sizes from intimate gatherings of 10 to large events of up to 1,500 people.

We do not. All beverages served at the Chicago History Museum must be provided through our in-house beverage program. We offer several packages and can customize beverage services to meet your needs.
The Museum handles table and chair rental through our equipment company.
Include use of the Minow Lobby, Robinson Gallery, Morse Genius Chicago Room, Uihlein Plaza and private bridal suite from 6PM-12AM.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
We do not allow outside beverages, except for donated alcohol for non-profit events.
January, February, March, April, and December
Yes, parking is $11 with museum validation for up to 24 hours with no in and out privilege.
May, June, July, August, September, October, and November
Yes, you'll be required to obtain event insurance.
