This is downtown Denver’s newest event venue. Located just 3 blocks from the Colorado Convention Center. The exclusive views of the city and mountains will surround you as you enjoy your special event on the Equitable Balcony. In the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, this exclusive spot welcomed top-hat parties for well-to-do Denverites. This prime real estate has been resurrected with the same theme as originally caste.
