You’re Invited Events is a wedding coordination & event planning company started by besties, Bre & Jenna, founded in the beautiful city of San Diego in 2016. From the day we first met, we both knew we had a lifelong dream of creating our very own event company. After working together as event coordinators since 2010, we decided to finally pursue our dream.

With our background working in hospitality, sports, entertainment & weddings, we bring a unique dynamic to service our client’s needs. Our goal is to bring our creativity, organization & bubbly personalities to help your event planning & coordination be as seamless as possible.

You’re Invited to sit back and relax with a glass of bubbly as we help plan and execute the final details of your big day. The Champagne package is for the Bride & Groom who would like some extra planning/coordinating assistance in the weeks leading up to their special day. We will bring that perfect pinterest board to life, supply you with an all-star list of vendors & handle all those not-so-basic details.

You’re Invited to sit back and relax as we handle all the details of your big day. This package is for the Bride & Groom who have done most of the planning & organizing but would like to enjoy their special day without any stress. We will coordinate everything from the rehearsal to the seating charts to the cutting of the cake and to that moment you are whisked away in your “Just Married” limo with the love of your life.

    Bre and Jenna are offering one of the best deals out there in terms of bang for your buck. To get 2 day-of coordinators for this price is amazing. I went with the package that basically just includes day-of coordination, coordinating vendors (getting all their insurance to the venue), and helping creating a day-of timeline. One mistake I made is that I thought the coordinators would be in charge of checking everyone’s timelines over before the big day. For anyone thinking of hiring just coordination services, not full-service planners - make sure you review timelines of vendors ahead of time to make sure they all match up! Bre and Jenna set everything up how I asked them to and took everything back to our hotel room after the wedding. It was so nice not to have to deal with all of that. They helped our wedding ceremony and entrance run smoothly. My wedding was an amazing day, and I’m so glad I hired these day-of coordinators to support me!

    Bre and Jenna may have been the main reason our wedding day was the best day of our lives. They are extremely organized, great at communicating, very prepared, very detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. I run a lot of smaller events for an alcohol company so I have the tendency to triple check on things just to make 100% sure nothing falls through the cracks, and they had to keep reminding me they had everything covered, and they absolutely did. They literally think of everything for you! Because of them, I felt the most amazing, calm feeling all day. I was really able to enjoy the beauty of my wife, the day, and all of our friends and family around us with zero distractions. Also, the value of having two coordinators for a similar price to 1 was such a game changer. Thank you Bre and Jenna for making us feel like we were working with our good friends to co-create such a perfect, beautiful day. Can't imagine there are better wedding coordinators out there!

    I've worked with Bre and Jenna at Your're Invited Events for several weddings over the past few years and can't say enough about how great they are as coordinators. They are very responsive and will always keep their vendors informed. They make our jobs a lot easier as wedding vendors.
