White Willow Celebrations is the best choice
Kaitlyn (and Kara) - truly one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding day. From our first meeting with Kaitlyn, it was clear how organized and capable she is. As our day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond (even in the planning stages) to make sure every single detail of our day went to plan. Even when there were hiccups - a missing cellist, torrential rain, and guests completely abandoning the send-off - she was instrumental (forgive the pun) in making sure the love and joy we were experiencing were not impacted in the least. We cannot say enough good things about White Willow Celebrations. If you need coordination or planning, these ladies are what you're looking for!

Kara was my sister’s day-of wedding coordinator as well as my own. I cannot even explain how much we appreciate all that she did for us. She constantly was checking in on us, making sure we stayed on track, and even went out of her way to meet with us many times to make sure everything was perfect. On the actual wedding day, she made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Kara took our vision and made it a reality, and for that, we could not be more thankful!
