    I inquired about my date and it was available. It was about three weeks later until I could schedule a phone call with them due to my schedule. I finally had a thirty minute conversation with them at 11:30. By 1, they sent over the contract. I responded with a quick question about a few fees I was charged. Their response came 22 hours after our phone conversation saying that they looked at their calendar again and my date suddenly wasn't available. I emailed back asking why wasn't this communicated not even 24 hours prior and I received no response. So it was available for three weeks, but after I asked a question about the contract it suddenly was booked? It was very unprofessional, especially as a newer business.

While your date was open at the time of your initial inquiry, another client secured it before we received your confirmation. We understand how this may have been frustrating, and we regret any miscommunication. We value every inquiry and understand how important it is to secure a date with confidence. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
