Through detailed planning and flawless execution, we create timeless events designed to incorporate your style, your vision, and most importantly - YOU.

We believe your wedding should be a reflection of who you are as a couple - an opportunity to tell your unique love story through each thoughtful detail. Our approach starts with a complimentary, no-pressure consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good match!

Description

Planning a wedding is a full-time job, and couples often miss out on the experience of being engaged because they are too overwhelmed to enjoy it. Let Sapphire & Opal guide you through the process and take the not-so-fun stuff off your plate so that you can soak up every moment of this chapter in your love story!

Need a little extra help securing those loose ends? With this package, Sapphire & Opal will team up with you one month prior to your wedding to go over all your final details, confirm vendor contracts, services and arrival times, and create a custom wedding day timeline. On the day of your event, we will work in conjunction with your vendors to coordinate all planned activities, allowing you to focus on each other and enjoy the day together!

    Kristin and the Sapphire & Opal Events team were a dream to work with for our wedding! Communication was always on point - Kristin was extremely responsive over email and phone, no matter what random question or request I threw at her. She really listened to my vision and helped bring it to life through her creative ideas and problem-solving skills. On the day-of, it was clear Kristin's eye for detail and organization kept everything running smoothly. From the decor rentals to the timeline management, Sapphire & Opal had us covered. My husband and I were able to relax and soak in every special moment thanks to Kristin's diligent planning and coordination.     I got married in August 2023 and Kristin with Sapphire & Opal Events was the most amazing person to help me through this day. Kristin is extremely organize and knowledgeable in making events go smoothly. She made my timeline and was so flexible when I wanted to tweak a few things. Kristin helped me stay on schedule during our wedding and was so helpful when things weren’t going exactly as planned. I highly recommend hiring Sapphire & Opal events for any event you have.

    As a girl who grew up in the Disney Princess/Barbie era, I had BIG expectations for my wedding. I knew what I wanted, how I wanted it and really just needed help with the execution of it. Kristin was the perfect teammate for my husband and I when planning our big day. She dreamed with us, helped keep us grounded in reality vs expectation, knew the perfect vendors to pair us with, and really took the time to hear my fear, hopes and dreams for our day. A few big game changers for me were: - she knew what I needed to know about and what issues I could be in the dark about - she quickly and calmly brought issues I did need to be involved with to my attention with a few solutions already in mind - she was very knowledgeable on vendors in a range of prices since we had a large budget for some things, like photo, but a small budget for things like floral - the total coordination and communication she had with all of our venders was amazing. I did not have to worry about them at all after I booked them, She took over ensuring they felt comfortable and informed 100/10 would recommend and would use again!!

    Kristin is amazing! She's not only extremely kind and professional, but she is really gifted in what she does. She has an eye for detail and a calming presence that makes the perfect balance for a well coordinated and executed event. She's also really accommodating and thoughtful when it comes to working with vendors. Highly recommend!
