I love to craft authentic, deeply-curated events that truly celebrate you and your partner. That means I live for the funky details: adding wild turkey feathers to your floral arrangements, asking the ring bearer to dress as a hobbit, ditching your heels for some comfy sneakers during the reception, getting hitched at midnight… whatever you can dream of! Best. Wedding Planner. Ever.
If you are currently looking for a wedding planner – STOP EVERYTHING ELSE RIGHT NOW AND BOOK OLIVIA IMMEDIATELY! You will not regret it. Olivia went above and beyond 1000% when helping us plan our wedding. It simply could not have happened so smoothly and perfectly without her. Olivia is extremely kind and attentive and was a huge support throughout the process. We had some ups, downs and twists with things out of our control and Olivia pivoted flawlessly to fix things and put any stress I had to rest. She is a positive force to be reckoned with and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a very DIY planner type myself but you simply cannot be there managing everything on the actual wedding day. You NEED someone to help and Olivia is that person. She was an excellent sounding board for all of my thoughts and ideas, a layout making queen and she dealt with my vendors seamlessly! The #1 absolute best decision I made when planning my wedding was hiring Olivia. SO SO WORTH IT. Thank you Olivia!!!

Olivia is worth her weight in gold! My partner and I got married at the end of June and had a wonderful wedding thanks to Olivia and her care, enthusiasm, patience, and attention to detail. Wedding planning is not for the faint of heart and early on in the wedding planning process my partner and I realized we were way in over our heads and needed help. I stumbled across Olivia’s day of coordination services, Round Pearl Events. She was happy to answer our questions before we even officially booked with her. Throughout the next ten months, we met with Olivia for our formal meetings, but she was also so responsive via email and text to any questions we had. She was very patient and compassionate in helping us navigate some tricky family situations and provided insights into making our vision of the day really come true.Olivia helped us coordinate challenges that we weren’t expecting, like how to plan childcare for all of the nieces and nephews we were excited to have on our special day. One of the most helpful things about working with Olivia is her many connections to vendors here in Oregon! Before we met Olivia, I would spend hours researching vendors and had no idea how to vet them or choose one and was incredibly overwhelmed. Olivia took out the guesswork and extensive research piece of the process and helped us find vendors in our price range that still provided a great service! Her help was invaluable, allowing us to spend the last month leading up to the wedding focusing on the fun experiences with family and each other. And when the day of the wedding finally did arrive, it was so beautifully organized and coordinated that we had to do nothing but enjoy our day with our family and friends. Olivia has so many tricks up her sleeve of how to make a wedding go smoothly and just in general is a compassionate, fun, and wonderful human being to work with! I had so many people come up to me during and after the wedding to say it was one of the smoothest wedding days they had ever experienced and we owe that all to Olivia. She truly helped us have the most beautiful and stress free day! My only regret is I don’t have any friends getting married any time soon that I can refer Olivia to!
Olivia is FANTASTIC!
Olivia is amazing!!! She made the whole wedding planning process so streamlined and easy. As a person with anxiety, I was STRESSING about getting everything ready for the wedding. Then along came Olivia and she made everything feel comfortable and taken care of. She ran our wedding rehearsal so well, totally felt like she had everything under control. Then the day of the wedding! She was so helpful and so kind, calm and collected while still being positive and upbeat. The day was perfect, and she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured we got everything we wanted out of our wedding. If you have the chance to work with Olivia to coordinate your event, you should 100% do it, you won’t regret it.
Book Olivia ASAP
Olivia was phenomenal and went above and beyond for my wedding well before the big day. We had almost weekly calls lasting an hour on average. She brought up things I never would have thought of and was very organized. She executed beautifully the day of and my now Husband agreed entirely even though he had very little idea how much work we both had put in. Highly recommend!!
