A warn hello to you all!! I am Nicole Dwyer, Owner and Lead Planner here at PDE. My journey in the event planning industry started in 2013. There is little I love more than executing seamless events and weddings, and yes, I still often cry when I send a bride or groom down the aisle (just a tear or two, I promise). What I love most about my job is that I’m able to express myself creatively. I love drawing inspiration from our clients’ lives – work, hobbies, favorite places, etc. – and collaborating with them to create a meaningful design that is also beautiful.

Pro Details Events specializes in coordination and event & floral design. We create one-of-a-kind events, that will have your guests wanting more and walking away saying they had so much fun! My purpose is to make event planning easier and affordable. I believe that client shouldn't have to compromise their budget (or their sanity) to bring their vision to life. You are investing a lot of time and money into your event and you deserve to enjoy every minute of it. I would love to learn about your plans and share how I can help. Pro Details Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a photographer I’ve workes along side her for two weddings now and she’s so good at what she does! Nicole has a kind, friendly, and efficient communication style that put both me and her couples at ease throughout the planning process and on the big day. While she has a mellow demeanor she also shows a clear attention to detail, and she managed logistical challenges and large vendor teams with seemingly effortless problem-solving. Nicole is such a sweet and calming presence - she was instrumental in making timelines run smoothly. My now wife and I interviewed many planners and Nicole was by far the best. Our main goal was to find someone reliable since we planned our LA wedding from out of state. Nicole is super honest and down to earth. She responded to all our messages quickly. Very professional and at the wedding, didn't go unnotice how she helped other vendors. We recommend PDE.

Yes, we are en event planning company. We can plan any type of event. We just specialize in weddings.

We book one wedding a day. So, we could have 3 weddings on a weekend.

I have been planning weddings for over a decade. I have done 300 plus weddings by now. I love to plan weddings because I take very seriously the meanuing of marriage and commitment. And, because weddings are truly one of the most important events in anyones life, and i love to be part of that! I consider myself a very down to earth person. So, I am honest and flexible with my clients. Always looking for ways to help and reduce budget. I am a mama of 3 kiddos and Hispanic. I am fluent in English and Spanish as well. I love weddings of every culture. I am also a home baker, and so I have heard that my couples love my treats! Would you? Ha!

We will handle most of our planning through our online planner software, emails, Zoom and phone calls. Depending on the service you choose, planning or just coordination, we will have multiple in person meetings and lots of online communication. Most of my couples book a year ahead. So, we will spend quite some time together.
