    Carla and her team did a great job with helping us plan and execute the event. However, they were negligent in ensuring our gifts at the wedding had a secure place. Guests were forced to leave their cards on the front table right near the entrance in plain sight. Carla and her team made no effort to ensure we had a secure place to store the valuables, nor any effort to collect them during the event and securely store them. Carla refused to take responsibility for the outcome where we had cards stolen at our wedding with cash, even with us tipping her prior to us discovering all of this. Other than this issue, we were happy with her services. If you hire her, make sure she has a plan to secure your valuables. If our guests have not made us aware that they left us a gift we would have had never know. Hence, this may be happening more often than people realize.

    Mathew, I appreciate the time it took for you to write this review and to point out our area of improvement. It truly saddens me both personally and professionally to hear of your disappointment in our service and unprofessional behavior. We have been in business for 8 years and manage over 50 weddings a year. Not once have we ever been accused of such negligence. We take this matter very seriously and finding it is extremely upsetting. Our records reflect that when asked about a card box we will be told that one was not needed and in fact you were using a QR code which we printed and displayed for you. I wish you the very best and many years of happiness.

    Carla and her team are amazing! They helped us have our dream wedding on the mountains. Since day one, Carla was on it with getting all the info out to the vendors and myself. If I needed changes, she would do it with no issues. She was a total rockstar the day of our wedding, everything was smooth and there was no confusion. I am so happy Wes and I chose Precious Times Event because we would have been so lost. Thank you!
