Most planners/coordinators want to try and fit each couple into their wedding packages, but we believe in a customized approach for each couple. Let's make your wedding YOUR WEDDING!! We take a customized approach for each client - if you want to be involved with speaking to vendors throughout each step or if you want us to handle all the conversations - if you want guidance on design and styling or if you want us to design it and surprise you! This package includes our inventory that is valued over $1500 - free to use for your wedding. | This package is for couples that are looking to do about 50% of the wedding work and need guidance for the rest. We provide a customized approach with each couple for this package. We'll help with RSVP Management, Timeline, Searing, Vendor Contracts, some Design, Rehearsal management, and day-of coordination tasks. This package includes our inventory that is valued over $1500 - free to use for your wedding. | This is package is for couples that have fully planned their wedding - from selecting vendors, finding the venue, and have a general sense of their timeline. We have two consultation calls to create a detailed timeline, talk about how you want your decor setup, how you want the day of your wedding to go, and what teardown will look like. This package includes our inventory that is valued over $1500 - free to use for your wedding. |

Amazing!
Peter was amazing to work with. He made things super smooth, even when we weren't entirely sure what we wanted out of the wedding. He helped us come up with a vision and a plan that ended up being perfect for us. The whole wedding went amazingly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, he was an excellent planner. He has connections to great resources as well like our designer Emily. Everything ended up looking stunning!

Peter was truly the backbone of our wedding day, making everything feel absolutely seamless from start to finish. Despite a few unexpected hiccups, he was there in an instant to save the day with a calm confidence that let us enjoy every moment without worry. Peter and his team didn’t just coordinate—they treated us like family, genuinely invested in bringing to life every detail of our vision. He went above and beyond in every way. If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator or someone to take charge of the entire planning process, Peter is your guy! We’d recommend him over and over again without hesitation.

Peter was absolutely fabulous as a day of wedding coordinator! I was having a hard time finding someone in my price range who could conceptualize my ski wedding ceremony dream, but Peter came through for me! Our ceremony went off without a hitch because he helped manage people on the mountain for us. For the reception I asked Peter to be 100% in charge of decor design and setup, and he exceeded my expectations. He has a plethora of classy reception decor that you get to use as part of his package, saving you money, time, and reducing waste. He coordinated a late night pizza delivery for us, and even helped take home items we didn’t want to deal with that night, so we could leave without asking family to help. Peter was irreplaceable from design through execution, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our evening. I would 100% hire Peter again!
