    Hayli and the entire Pinnacle team were absolutely phenomenal! Hayli delivered a level of professionalism, creativity, and care that made our wedding planning process seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail and her ability to bring our vision to life were truly unmatched. She was incredibly responsive, answering every question (no matter how big or small) with patience and expertise, which made us feel so confident and supported. The Pinnacle team (including Christi our photographer and Mawali aka DJ Infidel) as a whole was an absolute pleasure to work with—organized, approachable, and always a step ahead. BIG thank you to Hayli and Pinnacle for helping make our wedding day such a success. I can’t recommend them enough!

    Linda We hired Pinnacle Planning for our wedding, hoping to work closely with the head of the company Linda Warner to bring our vision to life. However, we were surprised and disappointed throughout the year long planning process as our planner, Linda, did not meet our expectations. Linda was unorganized throughout the planning process relying heavily on her website and did not recall specifics regarding our wedding. She did not typically engage in direct communication with our vendors and would only put us in contact for an initial quote. Any issues that came up throughout the process were always identified by us and not our planner such as quotes that have different number of seats, wrong dates and times, or items that we did not require. (which ended up increasing the price in some cases). We felt that she did not prioritize our best interests, often seeming to align more with the vendors than with us as her clients. Specifically pitching her in house DJ at a premium versus what he charges directly, pitching us to have additional bartenders to minimize lines which were unnecessary for a wedding of our size, and pushing us towards a vendor which she knew as opposed to a vendor that we found that was in budget. At the rehearsal, she was not prepared with where family and wedding party were standing leaving people confused and feeling unprepared. On the day of the wedding, she again was not prepared with not specifics that we discussed regarding timing and placements of items. Rather than confirming logistics with the venue prior to the day of our wedding, we show up to the venue and the doors were locked, she did not know that there was only one power source for the DJ so the location which we planned was not possible, and she did not know that fake flower petals were not allowed for the flower girls by our venue leaving our florist scrambling to find a solution. As a result, many critical aspects of the wedding day did not run as smoothly as we had anticipated. Thankfully, our friends, family, and vendors stepped in on multiple occasions to help manage key aspects of the event. While the wedding ultimately turned out beautifully thanks to the contributions of those around us, we were deeply disappointed by the level of service provided by Pinnacle Wedding Planning and would not recommend their services based on our experience.

    As the manager of a wedding band, I am counting the days until we get to work with Emma again! She put on an absolutely beautiful wedding and managed to make it excellent and memorable for everybody even with bad weather. She was kind and professional and made our jobs so easy. Incredible team!

    Pinnacle Weddings was absolutely the MVP of helping with our wedding. We cannot imagine what it would have been like if we hadn’t used them. Hayli, Linda, Ethan, Sabrina, and DJ Kegan all helped us a ton throughout the process as well as the big day. Hayli S especially deserves an extra shout out — she was with us through it all and provided confidence, stability, enthusiasm, and expertise at every moment that we needed anything. Cannot recommend Pinnacle highly enough if you’re looking for help planning your big day! ESPECIALLY if you’re planning on getting married at the aquarium — it’s a tight turnaround so precision is key. Pinnacle went above and beyond in helping us plan and communicate with vendors, refine our timeline, and every other little thing that made the day so special.
