Kastina & Co. designs & plans events through an aesthetic lens with a logistics foundation. What that means is we’re good at making you, and your event look good, we’re also just as good at keeping all the moving parts of the party organized and coordinated from start to finish.

Kastina and her team made the wedding planning process totally stress free. She was always available for questions and felt such relief after each of our pre planning meetings because of her and her teams organization and planning skills. The day of the wedding, Kastina’s team, Lauren, Tory and Sammi, were so organized and made sure the day flowed effortlessly. I know I did not have to worry about a single thing with them around on the day of. Many of our guests commented how well the day went. One guest told me it was like watching a movie with how everything flowed together. Another guest said she had never been to a wedding where nothing went wrong. Maybe nothing went wrong and maybe something did. Bottom line was if anything did, our guests didn’t know and neither did we. For that we are grateful to this talented team! Not only are they all so very good at their jobs, but they were also very kind, supportive and positive throughout the entire day and did everything in their power to ensure the day went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend working with Kastina and Co for your wedding, you will not regret it!
Kastina & CO is the best in the biz!
In my opinion, you couldn't possibly imagine a better wedding coordinator than Kastina (and her entire team)! She is everything you could hope for: ultra proactive, on top of everything, asks you questions you didn't consider thinking of, and does it with a level of warmth, compassion, and genuine interest that makes you feel like you're her only client. It's clear that this is her passion, and she's truly GREAT at it! I booked Kastina for "day of" support (which is really month of support), and also used her to help coordinate some ad hoc items throughout the months leading up to our wedding. Working with Kastina is easy and straightforward, she has a very reasonable hourly price she will charge you, and will take things off your plate you don't want to deal with (like finding a vendor to bring in a stage, or conducting a design consultation to help you organize your scattered thoughts). She's got a network of great people she's connected to, is quick to help make recommendations, and moves efficiently to make it happen. Perhaps best of all, working with Kastina truly feels like having an extra friend around on your wedding day. She's a lovely person, an impressive professional, and a total rockstar human being. You will not regret choosing to work with her!
Would Book Kastina Again, Immediately
Kastina coordinated our June 9 wedding at Silverwood Park. We booked her for Day of Services and I'd book her and the team again with out hesitating. Kastina was easy to talk with, quickly understood my level of interest and brings deep knowledge to the process. She figured out our timeline, consulted with me before we finalized invitations and the website and then took care of all the details. Kastina made our day-of signage and seating charts at a very affordable price too and they looked fantastic. At two weeks before the wedding Kastina began managing all vendor communication. Many of the vendors commented to me that Kastina's timeline was the most useful they'd seen. Both us and our family thought the document was great too. Because of Kastina's work we did not have to manage any details day off including giving out tips, setting up signage or any part of take down. Even if the venue has a day of coordinator, hiring Kastina removed so much of the advance thinking and all the logistic execution and communication for me and my family. Without Kastina's expertise, skills and work I would not have enjoyed the wedding. My advice to any couple marrying is to spend the money on hiring Kastina as your coordinator so you and your guests have a well executed, thoughtful day and you are able to be present.

We had the most incredible wedding thanks to Kastina and her team. From the start, Kastina made us feel taken care of in the daunting process that is wedding planning. She went above and beyond to take every detail we mentioned and made it come to life on the day-of! She connected us with vendors that complimented the style we envisioned while staying thoughtful of our budget. She took so much stress away from the planning process by keeping us on track and handling all the behind-the-scenes work. We received so many compliments on how smooth the day went, how beautiful the ceremony and reception space turned out, and how much fun everyone had! Everyone kept saying it was "the best wedding they've ever been to!". I couldn't recommend her and her team enough.
