Thoughtfully designed, authentically you, and crazy-fun weddings. That’s what we do. HappiLily Events is a Minnesota-based wedding planning & design company for couples who love a good party. We specialize in making each wedding day as unique as it is memorable with thoughtful details and personal touches.

Let’s get one thing straight: We believe this whole wedding planning thing should be fun. The HappiLily Experience is what we call best-friend-level support. We choose to take on only a select number of weddings each year to ensure you get the one-on-one attention you deserve while planning such a special event. With a more personal planning process, your wedding will better reflect the two of you and this whole wedding planning thing is going to be as fun as your wedding day will be!

    Lily is truly the best of the best. I was a bride lucky enough to have an army of eager, organized, and well-versed family ready and willing to help with wedding duties. I thought I wouldn't need a wedding coordinator. Boy, was I wrong! Hiring Lily as the wedding coordinator was the most indispensable ingredient to having the wedding my (now!) husband and I had hoped for and a stress-free day. Lily is kind, approachable, calm, organized, flexible yet decisive, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her custom planning tools, trackers, and checklists are invaluable - the sooner you hire her, the better, because this stuff is solid gold for staying organized and making the work of planning a wedding a lot easier. I wish I would have used it earlier. Her communication is prompt and easy. She seamlessly works with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page and the communication is fluid between all groups. From sending out wedding weekend itineraries to the bridal party, directing the rehearsal, coordinating our walk-ins, helping me know where to be in the venue at different moments on the actual wedding day (not as intuitive as you'd think haha), handling the centerpieces, candles, bathroom baskets, answering questions from family, friends, and vendors, handling tips and late night snack delivery ... the list truly goes ON and ON! My own family described her as the following (verbatim): - a real gem - a worker bee - INVALUABLE (heard and thought this about 25,000 times) - so lovely A friend had told me when I got engaged, hiring a wedding planner is the best gift you could give yourself. That held true, but it also meant that my groom, family, and bridal party could fully enjoy the day because we ALL trusted Lily and knew she had it handled. Working with Lily really let me be in the moment and care-free on the wedding day. I couldn't be happier to have worked with Happilily Events!

    My husband and I recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we are still talking about the impact Lily and HappiLily Events had on our wedding day. We were, at times, planning across 3 different time zones and Lily made the whole process seamless. She kept us organized, accountable, and focused on our vision. We had some wild ideas (and frequently fluctuating vision) and she met us exactly where we were at every time - either making our dreams possible or walking us off the ledge when we really started to spiral, never pressuring us to be anyone but us. When she says “best friend-level support”, she means it. We always thoroughly enjoyed getting on planning calls with her because she made everything stress-free and fun! Lily goes above and beyond for her clients, always incredibly thoughtful and intentional with how she supports you throughout the process, day of and even the day after! We can not recommend HappiLily Events enough, our day was perfect and Lily was a huge reason for that. Pick Lily!!
