After “retiring” from a career as a lawyer, Dawn joined ​the restaurant industry to learn everything she ​could about fine food, wine & cocktails and excellent ​hospitality. Now, with over three years ​of experience with events of all types and sizes in ​Washington D.C. and Philadelphia, Dawn is eager to ​bring event planning services to a wider audience. ​With a keen eye for detail, nerves of steel, and expert ​organizational skills, you can trust her to manage all ​aspects of your event with professionalism, precision ​and a bit of sparkle.

Description

Starting up to one year before the wedding, I'll help with *almost* all of the choices you'll have to make - from venue and vendor selection to recommendations regarding food and beverage selection. I'll keep us organized throughout the process with custom to-do lists and tracking sheets. Finally, I'll be onsite for the entire big day, from the first swipe of foundation to the last shuttle.

Planning a super small celebration? Let me help you pull it all together - full service assistance on a small scale from venue selection to day-of coordination.

Already have a venue and vendors but need help keeping the process organized? I'm happy to assist by stepping in to finalize details with your venue and vendors and providing custom to-do lists and trackers. I'll create your final run of show and be your onsite contact for the big day. Just enough help to get you to the finish line stress-free!

Just need an extra hand on the big day? I'm happy to offer affordable day-of coordination. I'll meet with you a few weeks prior to your event and help you finalize the timeline for the day. I'll then do a final check with all your vendors and be your point person on the big day! I'm a professional problem solver that will take care of whatever pops up so you can enjoy the champagne :)
