I create room for you to be present at your event by taking the noise of planning and turning it into something beautiful. I can cover all of your communication and detail oriented needs to help you sit back and enjoy your event.

Since graduating Texas A&M in 2014, I have worked for both large and small-scale nonprofit organizations. Within those years I learned how to run events with a dedication to efficiency. I started this venture into solo event management because I saw the need for an external person to help steer the event. I want to step into these spaces and help people experience the fruits of their labor. From weddings and anniversary celebrations to fundraisers and milestone birthdays, unload all of your day-of needs and celebrate!

My fee includes: -Initial consultation plus a planning meeting two weeks prior to event. -Customized timeline for event day -Oversee event rehearsal -Coordinate vendors in arrival and departure -Assist with photo schedule -Supervise set up and tear down of decor -Manage the timeline throughout event day -Overcome last minute challenges that arise -Provide an emergency kit with essentials

Cortney guided everyone seamlessly throughout the day, taking care of both the big and little things. She went above and beyond, providing exceptional planning skills and excellent communication, and she was there for us every step of the way, from our initial planning meeting to the last dance.     Cortney made what would have been a very stressful day for me one that I felt completely at peace just sitting back and enjoying. I’m an anxious person, so for me to be able to hand over the reigns to someone else and just trust them to handle it is extremely significant. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her to be my full-on planner; we only benefited from her services on the day of (and in the month leading up to the wedding). If she was that helpful in that short amount of time, I can only imagine how much less stressful the entire planning process could have been! 10/10 would recommend!

    Cortney is AMAZING! If I could give her more than 5 stars I absolutely would. She made our lives so much easier not only on just the day of but the weeks leading up to our big day as well. Cortney is super easy to work with, handles everything, including things that you may not think of on your own. She made sure that I did not have to worry about anything on the wedding day and that every detail was how I had imagined it would be. Any couple looking for a day of coordinator should definitely hire her!
