Best For: Clients who need assistance from conception to completion. As well as clients who have an extremely busy schedule and need assistance with making phone calls and scheduling vendor meetings. • Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails with your planner during business hours 
• Assistance with venue selection and contract negotiation, vendor referrals, contract, review, and negotiation (2-3) vendor recommendations per vendor category.)

Best for: Clients who have already booked their most important vendors however need assistance with pulling all the loose ties and putting them together. • Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails with your planner during business hours • Assistance with vendor selection and negotiation after client has already signed and booked a variation of at least (4) major vendors such as Venue, Rentals, Décor, Etc...

Best for: Clients who have booked every one of their vendors and are looking to have a stress free day. They are looking for someone to take care of the vendors and make sure everyone is on time! • Meeting with Wedding Coordinator 4-6 weeks prior to wedding, as well as unlimited communication via phone and email during business hours.- Facetime Calls are available upon request
