All about "only pay for what you need", the Day-of Coordination package lets you pay for the hours you need not a flat rate. This tech savvy company provides clients with Digital Wedding Portfolios that bring your wedding vision to life in an organized fashion, no details are left behind, and 24hr access to your portfolio via an app. Something unique about us, that your vendors will love, is we use live-action wedding day timelines— as the day progresses vendors simply have to click on your private timeline link to see exactly where we are in your wedding day at any given moment.

    My only wedding regret was not hiring Angie sooner and having her handle all the planning. I engaged her for day of coordinator and bridal valet services, but she was there for me through the entire process, always going above and beyond for every small detail. Everything that came up, she handled with such grace and provided amazing, rational advice (which you don't always get when talking to wedding vendors). Even when my husband cut his foot while stomping on the glass during our Jewish ceremony, there was Angie helping to bandage him up and, somehow, seamlessly coordinated the table set up during the cocktail hour at the same time. Bridal valet was a great add on to helping us all get ready in the bridal and groom suite. All my other vendors raved about how detailed her schedule was, helping everyone to know exactly when and where they needed to be. Three weeks later, my husband and I are still remarking how thankful we are that she was there with us on our wedding day.

    Eleventh Hour Co. was the absolute best wedding planner we could have asked for! From the beginning, Angeli took over an hour in our initial call to share how she could be of service and even created an amazing presentation to help me see the whole planning process at a glance which for a visual person like me this was incredible! Angeli's communication was seamless, easy, and she was always available to answer my questions or provide solutions even at 3am! She truly felt like a therapist at times lol, guiding me through the planning process with incredible patience and kindness. Angeli's attention to detail was unparalleled, delivering a truly luxury, white glove experience that was worth every penny. Eleventh Hour Co. planned our wedding day, which had two venues - a Catholic church for the ceremony and a cruise ship for the reception. Her timeline creation was perfection, keeping us ahead of schedule the entire day. She handled all of our vendors seamlessly and she's a true go-getter, always finding a solution whenever we hit a bump. Eleventh Hour Co. is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working, and worth every penny! We don't know what we would have done without Angeli, and we absolutely recommend booking her services - you won't regret it! Thank you Angeli for making our wedding truly unforgettable!

    We couldn’t be more grateful to Angie and Corin from Eleventh Hour Co for bringing our dream Miami wedding at Villa Woodbine to life. We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they quickly became so much more than that. They were our voices of reason, our biggest supporters, and even our therapists throughout the entire process. Their professionalism was clear from the start, and they navigated every detail with such skill and empathy. Scott and I lived out of state and had never visited our venue in person before our tasting, so since this was a 'destination' wedding for us, details needed to be confirmed plenty of time in advance for us to feel at ease. They did just that. Angie and Corin came in fully prepared and acutely aware of every aspect of the space, from layout to logistics. And in the final weeks, anytime there was a bump in the road, they were right there, responding quickly over email, text, and calls, always ready with suggestions and solutions. Their day-of timeline was very impressive, and they included so many customizations that made it true to what we wanted the flow of our day to feel like -- something that we can't imagine being possible to replicate by an online timeline generator. On our big day they delivered a FLAWLESS event, which let us relax and truly soak in every moment. Corin studied the video I took while I was at my last dress fitting and bustled my dress in record timing. I included a picture of her working her magic, taken by the extremely talented Pure Zeal Photography @purezealphotography. Angie and Corin were absolutely indispensable, and we feel so lucky to have had them. Thank you ladies for making our day so beautiful and seamless! If you're looking for wedding coordinators or planners, I highly recommend them!

Angeli was professional, creative, and so patient with all the chaos that happens on your wedding day. She was the perfect addition to our special day and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner.
