EFFICIENCY | This is the one where I hold your hand. Not like, literally, of course (unless you ask lol). We’ll work together from the moment someone says “yes” to develop your concept, find your ideal venue and team, and bring it all to life. Your partner’s got your left hand. I’ve got your right.

FUNCTION | If you’re eager to design your day but need extra support on the “boring stuff" - things like to do lists, guest management, vendor research, bus schedules, google calendars, and checking all of your contracts - then you want this one.

FORM | Do you have like 84 ideas but aren’t sure how to bring them together cohesively? Please allow us. This package features a collaborative design process that includes an inspiration audit, custom design board, event styling, and endless hype.

CORE | Our framework includes a preparation and a coordination phase. We’ll provide resources that allow you to make most of the plans yourself - with some professional guidance along the way - and then make sure those plans happen!

    There are truly not enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for Rachel!! Rachel took care of SO MANY aspects of our wedding day and met with us numerous times leading up to our day! Her timeline was perfection and our day could not have gone smoother. This allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and soak in every moment- a dream! She even stopped into our rehearsal to check in on us- so sweet! We walked into our reception and were overwhelmed at how perfectly our vision was executed, down to the smallest details (shout out to Erin, too)! She gathered all of our belongings and helped pack our cars, making the end of the night smooth and easy! Rachel is down to earth, genuine, and a joy to work with. Our best decision was working with her! We recommend Day One Wedding Co. highly!

    Rachel and her team are absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with. Her eye for design is stellar, her organization is impeccable, her ability to handle any kind of situation swiftly and efficiently while keeping the peace between everyone is essential, and she is simply just a joy to be around. Wedding coordination is often something people think their venue coordinator and an assigned friend/family member can handle, but Rachel provides an unbelievable sense of relief that simply can't be given with the former. She can bridge the gap between your venue, all of your vendors, and your family/friends so that you can simply *enjoy* your wedding day without worrying about a thing. Honestly, just hire her. You won't be disappointed.
