I’m Crystal, the owner & principal wedding planner of CCE Weddings. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals & feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day! Based out of Charlotte, NC, I’ve been planning weddings for over ten years now. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my planner in hand & weddings on the brain. After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Communications and Sociology, I started planning weddings & events for Providence Country Club and The Club at Longview. In 2020, I decided to start my own planning company and become a Flight Attendant for Delta.

What sets me apart from your average wedding planner is my mission to be more than just a planner—think of me as a friend who knows a lot about weddings! I don’t clock in and out like a regular 9-to-5er; I’m here, ready to share my wedding wisdom 24/7! My goal? To make sure you feel totally at ease reaching out with any questions or worries, keeping the convo flowing like the champagne at your reception!

    Crystal Clear Events, LLC was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication style was easy, open, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their work was truly amazing - flawless and incredibly smooth throughout the entire process. Crystal herself showed up to our rehearsal dinner 3 hours early to help unload trucks, and she was on top of every detail, making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to. She is so easy to work with and genuinely wants to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. We had a unique wedding with a lot of different elements, and Crystal went right along with the flow seamlessly. I cannot recommend Crystal Clear Events enough - they truly helped make our special day perfect.

    Crystal at CCE Weddings is an excellent wedding planner. We enjoyed a fantastic wedding for our daughter because of Crystal's help and professionalism. She guided us through the planning process and provided us with great recommendations for every vendor. Where she really excels is on wedding day. She had a detailed plan that is communicated to everyone involved and she runs a tight ship. Everything is on time and in place and beautiful. Crystal's prices are very fair & reasonable. She brings a lot of expertise and experience to the wedding plan. She was always responsive, and when we had crazy ideas, she brought us back in line. We loved working with Crystal, and you would to.

    Booking CCW Weddings was the best decision we made in the course of planning our wedding. I wasn't sure if I really thought we needed a planner, but I'm so glad we did. Crystal and Kendall were absolutely amazing to work with during the process. I had some decisions made when I booked them but there were some vendors (DJ, hair/make-up) that I didn't have figured out and didn't really know where to start with the research. They were immediately able to provide suggestions and were able to put me in touch with their preferred vendors so fast. They made those decisions so easy to make. They were thoughtful, considerate, and quick with everything I threw at them. That's all BEFORE the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they kept us on track in a way I wouldn't have believed possible. I have no idea if it's normal to have wedding party members talk about how much they like your planner, but we got multiple compliments on how well Crystal ran everything (Kendall was working at the reception venue at the time), and a couple of the party members are in the Wedding business. The venue set up was perfect. I still can't believe how well everything went. Book with CCE Events, they'll be the best decision you make for your wedding, too.
