In 2018 Beach Buddies got its start specializing in Intimate Beach Weddings. With time, demand, and experience, we stretched our wings to become a full-service Wedding Coordinating company. We've forged great relationships with the most amazing Venues, both intimate or grand, indoors and outdoors. Additionally, we work with the best Vendors in South Florida. If you prefer we will happily work with the vendors of your choice. From Venue to Menu, and everything in between, you can rest assured every detail will be curated in a meticulous and stress-free manner, achieving your vision to perfection.

    Beach Buddies saved my big day! I cannot express my gratitude enough to both Michelle and Miriam for going above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was one to remember! Our elopement ceremony followed by dinner on the beach turned into a wet mess thanks to hurricane Milton. But the show must go on and these 2 ladies drove to our hotel an hour away with a scrumptious 4 course dinner. They showed up with boxes of decorations and in short order had our sad hotel room turned into a lover’s oasis with candles and roses everywhere. Chilling champagne with a hearty charcuterie plate ready and waiting. Each course was better than the last, my now husband is still raving about the eggplant Parmesan and I’m pretty sure I’ve been ruined from being able to enjoy a regular chocolate covered strawberry ever again. To top the evening off, this duo is such an efficient and thoughtful pair. They heard our wedding photos are likely non existent due to the torrential downpour during the ceremony. They came up with all kinds of creative poses and did a photoshoot for us in the room. In no time at all we had an album full and they had packed up all their supplies and disappeared into the night. It was truly a magical evening! If by now you’re still on the fence, all I can say is go for it! You won’t regret it!!!

You two deserved every bit of it, being such great sports by not letting Mother Nature ruin the day or mood, but rather letting Love rule the day❣️ It's so obvious to anybody that spends 5 minutes with you, you and Robert are perfect together, and will continue to have a lifetime of love that will overcome any obstacle that life throws at you 😘

    My husband and I used the assistance of Beach Buddies for our wedding. They made it super easy and go with the flow, just like us. We decided to get married in our swimsuits and then get our wedding attire on for dinner. It was perfect. Michelle was great at giving recommendations for activities and dining in the area as well. Thank you Beach Buddies for making our special day super easy.

    I'm so excited that you chose Beach Buddies & Beyond to represent the Young Mansion as she undergoes the transformation from an air bnb to the most sought out venue in beautiful Hollywood Beach (& Beyond :)) It's such an amazing venue, rich in history and decor. the deck and courtyard surrounded by lush fauna makes for a perfect reception.     I've been working with Beach Buddies since 2019, before the Pandemic. They're the first company I think of when hosting an affair, personal or corporate. Now that I have repurposed my Wellness Center into a Waterfront Event Venue, Michelle (Beach Buddies owner) has helped so many of our clients experience a wonderful, stress-free wedding day. Highly Recommend Michelle and her staff to anyone.
