Arbor and Bloom Events is locally owned and operated right here in Indianapolis by Megan Adams. Megan brings her unique background to event management, first she earned her degree in Stage Management from the University of Evansville and has spent a decade in the theatrical and event industry. She’s worked as a production manager and assistant for a corporate event company based in Indianapolis, giving her an intimate knowledge of local venues and vendors. Megan is constantly developing a network of relationships with these vendors, as well as other resources, to get you the best options.

We are Event Logistics focused to make your day seamless! We see our selves as one of the team, we are able to collaborate with every member of your event team to create magic. We are there to represent the couple in all maters. All couples welcome.

If you have already started planning your wedding but would like to be guided through the rest of the process. We will provide a design proposal and assist with all venue and catering logistics. We will guide and support you while you book with the remaining vendors. Included: - Customized Wedding Planning Dashboard - Floral and Design - Venue and Catering Logistics - Guided Planning for all other Vendors - 10 Check-in calls - and more

This level of service is most similar to a day-of coordination package, however, our involvement should begin eight weeks before the big day, though we typically book this with our clients well in advance. We’ll contact your vendors, arrange the schedule for the day of your wedding, and keep your big day on track.

    I've worked with Megan for many years and can attest to how easy she is to communicate and coordinate with as well as what a joyful presence she brings to wedding days. Megan clearly listens to each couple's vision for their wedding, as I've watched her bring to life events across widely varied venues and a range of different aesthetics. She can also offer beautiful artistic vision of her own, if a couple doesn't know where to start, as I've seen in working with her on styled shoots she has organized.
