Hi, my name’s Ariel! I’m an East Coast transplant and have lived in LA for the last decade. I’m a natural born host with a love for home entertaining and exquisite design. My career began at La Tavola, learning the art of textiles & color. I studied Interior Design at UCLA while managing the Visual Comfort showroom in Los Angeles. I’ve maintained my passion for event design in which Align Event Design was created. I understand a successful event is dependent on detailed coordination and execution - I am calm under pressure, have a "can-do" mindset, and I am focused on bringing joy to the smallest moments during the planning process.

Align Event Design is a California based event design, coordination and interior styling studio founded by Ariel McNeely. Dedicated to bringing a fresh perspective on the event industry with a focus on unique design, authenticity, and relationship building. I am here to guide you through the planning process and ease your mind so you are able to receive and find joy in this season of life. Together we will conceptualize your event vision based on the emotions and experience you hope to share with your family and friends. For the couple who have a clear vision of their event and already have some details planned out… You’ve booked the venue and some of your vendors but need help putting it all together. I will help with any last minute vendor recommendations and on the big day, I’ll be on site to manage & coordinate for 12 hours. I’ll take on all the small details, coordination, and logistics while you focus on enjoying every moment leading up to the big day.

Together we will design your dream day, which matches your style completely as a couple. We will collaborate and conceptualize a vision that will leave your guests feeling over the moon. We will create your own authentic mood board, tablescape, atmosphere, event signage and stationary. This service is offered as an a-la-carte service or in addition to the wedding package.

The perfect package for the couple who knows exactly what they want. This plan is made for couples who has locked in their venue and all vendors, curated the design elements, and created the foundation for their big day. Now, you are ready to pass off the logistics & coordination so you celebrate!
