Hi, my name’s Ariel! I’m an East Coast transplant and have lived in LA for the last decade. I’m a natural born host with a love for home entertaining and exquisite design. My career began at La Tavola, learning the art of textiles & color. I studied Interior Design at UCLA while managing the Visual Comfort showroom in Los Angeles. I’ve maintained my passion for event design in which Align Event Design was created. I understand a successful event is dependent on detailed coordination and execution - I am calm under pressure, have a "can-do" mindset, and I am focused on bringing joy to the smallest moments during the planning process.

Align Event Design is a California based event design, coordination and interior styling studio founded by Ariel McNeely. Dedicated to bringing a fresh perspective on the event industry with a focus on unique design, authenticity, and relationship building. I am here to guide you through the planning process and ease your mind so you are able to receive and find joy in this season of life. Together we will conceptualize your event vision based on the emotions and experience you hope to share with your family and friends.
