Our team has worked on weddings of all sizes, from intimate weddings of 20 to large extravagant weddings of over 200. We have also worked in all types of environments from ballrooms to barns to empty fields. Each of these events gets the same attention and love from our team.

This is our complete Wedding Planning Package, you have dreamed about this day and we will be there for you throughout the planning process To hold your hand, we help plan and coordinate your perfect wedding. This package is ideal for "Lively" couples who want someone to take care of everything, or the couple that is newly engaged and need help planning all the major aspects of their wedding day.

This package is best suited for the couple who has had the time to get their venue booked, has chosen their must have vendors and has their basic wedding plans together. Does this sound like you? To give your legs a break, we help bring your plan together and coordinate your "Lively" wedding.

Our version of "Day of Coordination" This package is for couples who have all of their details and vendors together but want to make sure they are not in charge of everything on their wedding day. This package is almost like day of coordination, but is more intense we are your team starting two weeks before your wedding. Our Wedding Day Management is here to help you get through all of the formalities of your wedding day.

    AMAZING is the word I would use for Katie and her staff. She helped us from day 1 of booking when we had issues, even though she didn't have to. Took phone calls from a crying mother of the bride and the bride. She calmed nerves and fixed the issues. She was kind, comforting and fierce when she needed to be. Katie coordinated all of our vendors and ran the rehearsal like a pro. We had many moving parts the day of my daughter's wedding, including fire trucks, and everything ran so smoothly. It was a beautiful, fun and magical day. Katie became a friend over the year of planning and I would highly recommend her as an event planner for any event. She is a PRO! We love Katie and A Lively Event.

    No need to look any further, A Lively Event is the best choice hands down! Katie is seriously amazing! She was there for us every step of the way answering any and all of the questions we had, bringing up things we may not have even thought about, and making sure everything went exactly as we planned. Her organizational skills and attention to detail is exactly what we needed to keep us from worrying on our wedding day and giving us peace of mind. She was super proactive with our planning and vendors and it felt like she knew exactly what we needed and wanted. She made everyone in our wedding party feel very comfortable and she did so much behind the scenes for us to make sure our wedding day was the best day and exactly what we dreamed of. We are forever grateful for Katie and we couldn’t have done it without her!

    I highly recommend Katie at A Lively Event as a wedding planner!
